Property owners must first sign up to participate in a planting. There is no obligation to purchase a tree. You will hear back (within two months) about what trees we have that are appropriate for your planting area and be invited to purchase trees at that time. Sample neighborhood trees can be seen in our tree database.
Trees cost between $35 and $75 each depending on your neighborhood.

Participate
Friends of Trees planting events are designed to improve your community not only by adding trees, but also by bringing neighbors together on planting day.
Everyone who purchases trees through Friends of Trees is asked to participate. Most choose to be part of a planting team, but there are many other roles such as helping with lunch or making phone calls.
