Friends of Trees Eugene

This fall the Eugene Tree Foundation, which was founded in 1997 to plant, care for, and educate about city trees, combined efforts with Friends of Trees to establish Friends of Trees Eugene.

Through Friends of Trees's community-building model, volunteer crew leaders are being trained to guide planting volunteers at weekend events. Funding from the Meyer Memorial Trust, REI Eugene, and others made this regional partnership possible.
