Help Restore Memorial Park on Feb. 23

Please join Friends of Trees in partnership with the city of Wilsonville for a restoration work party on Feb. 23, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Memorial Park, Memorial Dr and Cumberlin Dr, Wilsonville. No experience is necessary, and people of all ages are invited to plant native trees at the event. Friends of Trees will provide gloves, tools, and guidance. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.

The Memorial Park planting is part of Friends of Trees’ Natural Area Restoration program, which works to restore urban natural areas in the four-county Portland-Vancouver area.
