Help Restore Happy Valley on March 1

Please join Friends of Trees for a restoration work party on March 1, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Happy Valley, 13700 SE Ridgecrest Rd, Clackamas. No experience is necessary, and people of all ages are invited to plant native trees and plants at the event. Friends of Trees will provide gloves, tools, and guidance. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.

The March 1 planting is part of Friends of Trees’ Natural Area Restoration program, which works to restore urban natural areas in the four-county Portland-Vancouver area.
